REFUND POLICY

Jurassic Forest appreciates your business and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We hope that you are satisfied with and enjoy our products. However we understand that there may be occasions where the products you purchased do not meet your needs. If this occurs, we will accept return or exchange of any items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • It is accompanied with the original receipt

 

In the event that you decide to return your products, please contact us at Jurassic Forest at 780-470-2446 to get a return authorization. Please prepay postage and repack items carefully. Jurassic Forest is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning your purchase to us. Jurassic Forest will not refund items damaged due to shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 business days of the purchase date. In the event that a product is defective or damaged during shipping to you, Jurassic Forest will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, we may want to replace a defective part rather than replace an entire item. Please mail all returns or exchanges to:

Prepare for your Jurassic Forest adventure by bringing essential items; a water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket.

ACCESS2 cards must be shown in person to receive aide admission discount. 

VISITOR GUIDELINES

Feel free to bring your own snacks and food to Jurassic Forest, but please note that cooking equipment, barbecues, fires, or fire pits are not permitted in the park. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
